You have sure made the most of the awful weather you have been having in your part of the world - such wonderful snow photos for a while! Is the weather any warmer yet. It's caused from fog/cold/moisture in the winter. It clings to the branches almost like snow but usually has a crystaline look to it as well. As soon as the sun comes out it starts warming up it falls from the trees or whatever else it clings to.
