I love this shot Lorraine. It brings back fond memories for me. My father use to build his fishing shanties. I remember dragging it out onto the lake and he would chop a hole in the ice. It was the tiny fishing pole that made no sense to me (or maybe it was a childs pole) but the water was so clear I would see perch swimming. Gosh what memories are stirred right now. This is a fabulous image. Scotfot's comment was humorous. 5 Apr 2008 1:58pm @Barbara: lol very glad it brings back fond memories, Barbara imagine taking a photo of those swimming perch? personally never been in one of them ;) cabin that is...lol Marion from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaAnother wonderful shot Lorraine. I love the pink fabric showing inside the window of the little shantie. A little spec of warmth. 5 Apr 2008 2:13pm @Marion: Thanks a lot Marion, ditto for the fabric lol Daroru from Amagasaki, JapanPerfect. I want one. It has central heating and floor-to-ceiling windows. All I would need would be a dog to strap to it to pull me around, and I would be set for my Canadian holiday adventure. 5 Apr 2008 2:37pm @Daroru: LOL Thanks, that's so good Daroru, I can just see it (and you bet I'd take photos) LOL yiannis krikis from thessaloniki, Greeceexcellent framing, colors and house - nice work 5 Apr 2008 3:13pm @yiannis krikis: Thanks for the nice comment Yiannis :) alex centrella from Califronia, United Statescool image, just wondering is that a fishing hole spot.. 5 Apr 2008 3:28pm @alex centrella: lol thanks Alex, no it's a 'get away before you sink' spot ;) Hans from Heiligeneich, Austriarealy great objekt...what is this??? a sledge, you can live inside;-) i will come into this and go fast downhill in the austrian alps ;-))) 5 Apr 2008 3:34pm @Hans: lol Hi Hans, it's a little fishing cabin, wow I'd pay to photograph you going downhill in this...it would be a superb photograph ;) Calusarus from St Sorlin en Valloire, FranceWhat a small building ! Oui très belle photo. Merci, mais… Chut… Manouche est trop souvent mal interpréter ! Pascal 5 Apr 2008 5:35pm @adlibitumphotos: Manouche? Vraiment? Extraordinaire...lol merci beaucoup pour cet excellent commentaire Pascal ;) Evelyne Dubos from Le Mans, FranceUn incroyable mobil-home made in Canada.
