I really like your processing here, Lorraine. It has such a vivid look to it. I must admit, though, that I don't really care for the tree dividing the photo in halves, but that's just me, and I would still rate this as a highly successful image.

The background has a pattern formed by vertical lines, at right angle to the lines of green leaves, the schist stones, the lines of red tulips and the green grass in the fg. The definition is great. The non-uniformity and the colour of the wooden wall enriches the image. So, it's much more than a group of red tulips.
