@Andrew Gould: Actually I was driving by and the sign hit me...then I checked behind me (not a car around or person) so I quickly backed the car until I got next to it and snapped a photo of the 'Free Shit'

I laughed out loud when I saw this one. Perhaps they felt some humor would encourage someone to pick up their stuff. The wrapping paper does look tempting but I see it has already been spoken for. Who knows the cat may have sprayed on everything. Sorry had to add my piece. ;)
