That's a hard one Lorraine. I always have time for your pics silly. Tomorrow's pic (mine) is really inspired by you but I have learned to use Photoshop for the bits of color. 4 Sep 2008 3:38pm @Marion: ahhh you're such a sweetie, who needs chocolate ;) I went back and forth when I took it, but finally settled on the black and white, something about how the light reflected, I guess :) Michael Skorulski from Cigel, SlovakiaThey are both lovely so I have no preference, Lorraine. Just wondering how you managed to change the photo but keep all the comments. 4 Sep 2008 3:49pm @Michael Skorulski: Thanks a lot Michael :) to keep the comments go to AM3 admin, then upload photos, then click on the date of the photo you wish to change, when you get there , right before the CATEGORY heading there is a line that says: Display IMAGE upload & Date fields the NO option is darkened and the yes option blank, you click the blank instead and the dispaly will offer a browse space and you can go in and change it to what the photo you want than you click on save and edit...Hope it makes sense ;) @Vink: merci beaucoup Roch, t'aurais du le voir en noir et blanc ;) Observing from West Cheshire, United KingdomThey are both very good Lorraine, I'm glad to see the color of the berries anyhow :) 4 Sep 2008 9:05pm @Observing: I usually prefer colour to black and white, but for this photo, I liked the b&w version a little more ;) thanks very much for your additional visit1 @Illuci: Thanks a lot Erik, i appreciate it :) @laughingwolf: :) JoeB from Brampton, CanadaI didn't realize how many of AM3 members are colour blind, they keep going on about a B&W photo. I used to do more B&W shots before when I had a darkroom , but with digital I truly enjoy colour. I like this one better the berries seem more delicate and it all looks more... colourful. 5 Sep 2008 1:59am @JoeB: lol smart alec...anyhoo I like both, but the version in B&W I like a little more, usually though I'll go with colour thanks for your input Joe :) Barbara from Florida, United StatesThis image is just as beautiful in color. I can't specify which I prefer they are both great. These white berries or whatever they are look ornamental and nice with the green leaves. A festive image. 5 Sep 2008 4:30am @Barbara: Good Point Barb, thanks a lot for your input :) @Maben Robin: me too Maben, still like the b&w a wee bit mre :) Siam from Chaingrai, Thailandeffectivement je préfère en couleurs. Généralement en macro, il est préférable la couleurs, à moins que l'on soit un virtuose du noir et blanc, tu as eu raison, de modifier , enfin tu fait ce que tu veux, tu es chez toi Lorraine... 8 Sep 2008 1:45am |
