Somebody's got to deliver the mail by truck, did he go through the stop sign? i think where about equal in snow, hope the socks where sent ist class delivery.

Lucky you! The mail is still delivered.....if such a snow would happen around here - which would be most abnormal! - all traffic would come to a stop! And you......just standing at the window? Good feeling, eh?! Being indoors looking out at the all covered white......it would make me sleepy!

Umm, I think warm socks would be a starting place. I still have my wool socks here in FL, but have no earthly idea if I will ever wear them again. You just never know...
But I digress, this is a really real shot of life as it can be in wintry places. Altho our mail carrier's van in Iowa and KY would have read "U.S. Postal Service" or "UPS" or "FedEx", I can still appreciate the whole idea. Plus it's cool to see a Canadian mail truck. Can you tell that I like this photo?

LOL!!! The socks went out last Monday evening and my husband asks me every day if you have received them yet! Let's keep our fingers crossed that it will be soon! btw...I love the red truck...so much brighter than our little white trucks here.

Great shot, the mail truck looks toy like. The red is a great contrast to the white snow. I like the vantage point you took this.
I like this image more than I can express right now.
An electric blanket would be my choice.

I can feel the cold. It must be really annoying to be in a warm cab then get out into the freezing cold, then back in the cab, then back in the cold.. .. must be good at driving on snow as well !... quite a job when you think about it.

I've never seen a Canada Poste vehicle. It's so pretty! You're literally waiting for warm socks to arrive, Rainy? I hope they come soon. If your toesies get anywhere near as cold as mine, they're about to fall off. I sometimes wear 2 pairs of socks in the winter and it's not particularly cold, here. LOL
