I think your cat is hiding all of the kitty treats until tomorrow. You're just a kid, a few younger than me but, Hey, I look at it as being well seasoned, a little extra latte, and sometimes with whipped cream on top. It's just the beginning, Lorraine, and it can be so much fun.
The 50 y.o. of today is nothing like the 50 of previous generations.
