Was this a one time encounter or is he a regular in this location? I'm always impressed by the fact that your photos allow us to see the best features in a location. I loved the colors and the angle of the shot and didn't notice until I explored the content more that there were areas where the paint had peeled from the wood. I also like the way you framed the shot by having the dog in the left side of the picture rather than in the center where I would have been the amateur and tried to place him! Coming here everyday is giving me some real lessons in photography, my friend! Now, I just have to remember to use what I am learning.

@Kathycalculates: What a lovely thing to say Kathy....but really I'm a bit arrogant in my photography I follow the rules of Lorraine lol and that depends on my mood...except for one thing that I've learned from Ian Bramham, immediately when I started posting here, was to straighten the horizon and boy was he right, I've always straightened my photos after that, makes such a big difference...you'll find your style, you like something in a window, shoot lol
