@Nina: Well the interpretation is all mine...lol actually one day before summer ends, school children draw with coloured chalks on main roads, some are very talented obviously lol

That is the question! haha,this is witty and hilarious,but some dog owners at the flat where i live let their digs pee at letterboxes,pillars where human traffic is heavy,inside escalators...those are not so funny though:)
