They look like nice teens but this is when a parent says, just two years ago they looked completely different. We all went through it, the dress the hair. Your title and image are their first album cover. Great shot, Lorraine.

Quel sacré look ils ont !! Le jeune sur la droite de la photo semble décalé par rapport aux 3 autres... il ne semble pas appartenir à la même tribu... et pourtant ils sortent ensemble, c'est bien qu'il n'y ait pas cloisonnement comme cela peut être le cas bien souvent...

@grouser: The first photo, they weren't happy, but after I told them I just liked their style they smiled (well most of them) and accepted that I take their photos lol

I am impressed most today by the comments of your visitors! They are so generous and kind in regard to these kids. My younger daughter...mother, professor,and good person...has a huge pink streak in her hair that is her signature look in her work. It makes her instantly identifiable as she travels all over the world to lecture. Who knows what is in store for these kids? They may be future multi-millionaires!

Oh, Lorraine...you made these kids' day when you took a photo of them!! To dress like that..well, you always wanted to be noticed even if you pretended you didn't. :) This works perfectly in black and white and brings back such memories of my highschool days in the very early 80's. And the girl on the far left..I love her boots! :)

I can't add a thing to this comment-fest, except to agree with all who have posted. You caught these four in a moment of time which now becomes timeless. Their energy, good humor, sense of style, posing postures, and the skateboard will forever define them -- favorably, IMO.
